room did not have a number on the door as they were remodeling the 4th floor. had to use key to find the room. Reservations had us in two rooms even thought one room was cancelled in March. Was charged for two rooms so not happy about that. I had even called the billing department 3 weeks ago and was told I would only have to pay for one room. I am out the $177 charged for second room that was cancelled in March.
